Designate your gift to the Johnston Health Foundation for a cause that’s especially meaningful to you or your family. Gifts may also be allocated to "the area of greatest need."

Angel Fund

The Angel Fund supports cancer patients by providing financial assistance to buy medications, gas for transportation to medical appointments, wigs, prosthetic devices, and more.

Community Outreach Fund

The Community Outreach Fund helps provide Johnston County families access to quality health care even closer to home through comprehensive health education and preventative health initiatives, especially for low-income, elderly and disabled populations.

Healthy Kids Fund

The Healthy Kids Fund provides scholarships so underserved youths in Johnston County can get nutrition counseling and fitness instruction in the Healthy Kids Program at HealthQuest Fitness and Wellness Center.

Heart Fund

The Heart Fund supports cardiac patients by providing financial assistance to buy medications, gas for transportation to medical appointments, lifesaving heart devices, and more.

Hospice Fund

The Hospice Fund helps cover room, board, and other expenses at the SECU Hospice House, so all patients who need end-of-life care can stay there.

Patient Assistance Fund

The Patient Assistance Fund helps patients with financial challenges pay for medications, treatments, transportation to medical appointments, and other necessities.

Project Access

Project Access is a physician-led volunteer initiative that gives low-income, uninsured county residents access to comprehensive medical care. Through Project Access, physicians and community partners donate medical services without receiving reimbursement or compensation.
